Downloading large PDF files

1.Install SAPPDFPRINT on your local PC

 

Go to SAP Software Download Center at http://service.sap.com/swdc

1.2Execute the downloaded file

Then choose next and select the SAPPDFPRINT then choose next again.

it can happen that you are running a 64Bit Operating system, with a 32 Bit SAPLOGON,
in this case the 32 Bit version oft he SAPPDFPRINT is to be installed

2. Create a file printer on your local machine

 

Create a file printer on your local machine and add it to SPAD as well as it is described in note 1602625.

 

SPAD settings shall be as below (Newly create file printer name is PY-GB PDF Printer):

3.Download the existing pdf files from the spool

 

Start the spool viewer using transaction SP01,select the relevant pdf file and choose the Print
with changed parameters
function from the menue

Choose the printer defined in step 3, then push the print button. If you are downloading large files it will take a while to pup up the
next window.

Type the file name (don’t forget the .pdf extension and save the document tot he required folder).
